I second Dan Burke’s comments above as I, too, attended the NJ & CT shows. The bands were just as excited to play the material as I was excited to be in the audience to see it recreated live and both bands did a splendid job of showcasing and combining their individual talents to make it a group effort thru and thru. For those that did attend, a great night of progressive music!

They really were working their songcraft. Its always great to see
a band not just recreate their songs onstage, but actually invigorate each track and make it feel as though they are as excited about its performance as the audience is in witnessing its execution, then that’s something that is really special and reminds me just how crucial it is to go out and see the music live and support the scene. These guys work way too hard to have only 30 people in attendance. I wish I could have been there with you. And Helaine’s photos are great!!!!

Eugenia has to get some of my time! :-) I met Robert and Bryan at ROSfest and had a jolly good time scheming and plotting with them. Also met John G. and picked up his solo CD.I LOVE The Long Division. I think I will take it with me in the truck tomorrow. Thanks Rafaella for a great review.
